Month to month. Cancel before the next billing period; you keep your website files and domain. Third-party fees and additional work are separate.
The practical details
The build covers one location, the agreed pages and one design direction using your approved content, business facts and assets. Any migration and redirect needs are agreed before work starts. Includes 30 days of fixes for defects in the agreed build.
Care covers routine text and image changes within the monthly allowance. Unused time does not roll over. We aim to complete routine updates within three business days; additional editing, pages and features are quoted first. Hosting ends at the end of the paid period after cancellation. Transfer assistance is quoted separately.
Domain renewal, booking subscriptions, payment processing and other third-party fees are separate. Custom integrations, extensive copywriting, photography and invitation builders are outside the base package. You own the final paid-for website files; third-party assets retain their licenses. Privacy and analytics choices are agreed before tracking is enabled. Emergency and 24-hour support are not included.
